This Privacy Notice for Growers Cloud AI Inc (doing business as GrowersCloud.ai) ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information we collect may include:
Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process categories of sensitive information such as financial data.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe and PayPal.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook or X account.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information includes device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, the pages you view, and other technical information.
We collect this information through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including a tag management system used to deploy them.
Please read this section carefully, as it describes information we obtain about you without your having to provide it to us.
We use third-party website visitor identification services on our Services. These services take technical information collected from your visit — such as your IP address and cookie or device identifiers — and match it against the providers' own databases in order to identify the organization you are visiting from and, for some visitors located in the United States, to identify you as an individual.
Where a match is made, the information we may receive about you includes your name, job title, seniority, employer, business email address, business phone number, professional social media profile (such as LinkedIn), general location, and a record of the pages you viewed on our Services and when.
We receive this information from the providers identified in Section 4. We do not receive it from you, and you are not required to submit a form, create an account, or otherwise interact with us for it to be collected. We use it to understand which organizations are interested in our Services, to prioritize and tailor our sales and marketing outreach, and to contact businesses we believe may be interested in what we offer.
You can opt out of this identification. Section 13 explains how, including links to the providers' own opt-out mechanisms.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
We may share information in specific situations such as with service providers, business transfers, or affiliates.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.
Website Visitor Identification Providers. To operate the visitor identification described in Section 1, technical information about your visit — including your IP address, cookie and device identifiers, and the pages you view — is transmitted to and processed by the following providers: Apollo.io, RB2B (operated by Retention.com), and Funnelytics. Each of these providers processes that information under its own privacy notice, and Apollo.io and RB2B maintain their own databases of business contact information against which your visit may be matched.
How this is treated under United States privacy laws. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and comparable laws in other states, disclosing personal information to these providers, and receiving identified personal information back from them, may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though we receive no money in exchange. We therefore offer you the right to opt out described in Section 13.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may limit some features of our Services. Blocking cookies alone may not prevent identification based on IP address; to opt out of visitor identification, follow the steps in Section 13.
We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic, Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI, OpenAI and Salesforce Einstein.
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and our agreement with third parties.
If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than sixty (60) months past the termination of the user's account.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age.
Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
Global Privacy Control. We do recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. GPC is a standardized browser or extension setting that communicates your choice to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. If you enable GPC, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device you are using, and we will not carry out the website visitor identification described in Section 1 for that browser. Because GPC is browser- and device-specific, you will need to enable it in each browser you use.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of its processing for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
The website visitor identification described in Section 1 is the processing most likely to be treated as a sale or sharing of your personal information. You can opt out in any of the following ways, and you do not need to be a resident of the states listed above to do so — we honor these requests from any visitor.
Opting out with a provider removes you from that provider's database going forward. It does not delete information we already received and stored before you opted out — to have that deleted, contact us using the email address above.
Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
